Tidy up please.

Had a great days fishing at Mill Dam today,near the end 2 Canadian geese and their 5 young ones where sat right behind me,i gave them a bit of a feed and thought how brilliant to see wildlife close up.Then i saw something that sickened me,the large male had what looked like a size 4 hook with 6' of line attached,hanging out of it's beak,all because someone could'nt be bothered to make the small effort of taking their own rubbish home.It can't be that hard,can it ??
