fishwelfare?

hiya all, after reading a post on another forum, were a pic of a fish dangling in mid air just for that photo was proudly on show, i'm wondering if times have changed so much that fish welfare is no longer a priority?

when it was brought up on that site, the members seemed to think it was some kind of joke and an acceptable practice, some even saying that it was ok cos it was only a small fish

have times really changed that much??

there is actually no need to net a fish of that size, although that would the perfect scenario, just no need to leave it dangling in mid air for a silly photo.
