I've been twice mate and really enjoyed it, decent day fishing.

It's near The swan pub in earlestown...

It's 7 for two rods for the day.

There is 3 different lakes mate..
You dont need to book on just turn up and knock on the house to pay.

Lots of people I know have had decent fish over 20lbs but apparently there are bigger 32lbs ones...

I'm only a novice fisher so I'll still to my little 6lbs ones hhaha

Honestly mate I was so chuffed..
Started fishing last summer on little ponds with me 9m pole.
OH got me fox carp stuff for Christmas and I've been twice...
Got the fishing bug haha

thats what it was like when i went last year dom, fishing on them jellets they sell there on a float, never had a minute mate haha Very Happy

only passed my driving test recently, didnt realise how bad the road was coming up2 the fishery, is there any other way of getting to it by car other than driving through craters?

Fished there last wkend, sunday evenin. Started very slowly did'nt realise how deep it was for float fishing on the bottom. Only had a roach on this method but at tea time my carp rod started twitchin had 4 carp within the nxt 2 hrs all ranging between 2 n 8lb on corn in the margins. Will be goin again in the near future.

Which pond was u on, the middle sized pond is great for quiver tipping, absolutely chocker wiv little carp

I was on the large pond as i said its the 1st time fishing there but i will try the middle pond nxt time. Love gettin the littler carp on light tackle.
