river ribble short session

Post by bait man on Wed Jan 30, 2008 4:57 pm

due to van troubles on the way to the river today the thing wouldnt start for me after a stop at a shop on the way had to get a push start ,then had to decide shall i risk going onto the river or go home (fishing always wins) anyway got to the river and sets up about 1.30 and decided only to stay till 4 incase the van dont start again and i could get the a.a out to me (in the middle of nowere)

anyway onto the fishing first chuck missed a chub wrap, then on the very next cast had this little cracker all 9lb 12oz of it..

then had a run of missed bites of the chub (i was using really heavy tackle) but on my last cast of the 2 an a half hour session had this one never weighed it but its about 8lb..

then gets back to the van dreading it not starting and guess what first time.....

They're good fish but something's gone wrong with the pictures, I can only see half of them.
