how on earth do i get a pilks permit been trying to get one for a few years but never really tried too hard. but this year im determind to get one because i really want some peace and quiet on much neater and tider waters.

please help any info is welcome !

hi u will have to wait till may thats the month they are issued , but there were no new members allowed this year could change next time round though, you will need a member to go with you to

yeah i know i have to wait till next year and i know you need a member to go with but i dotn know any member or anyone that fishes in st helens for that matter thats why im trying to find out now so im prepared haha
