not happy about the young lads fishing without permits

come on carrige is being took over by kids with no permits its like fishing st helens canal the permit man nether comes round it not fair on the rest of us who pay not on there killing fish swinging them round in the air casting them back in we need to do somthing about this as there are more and more there everytime i go there was 9 kids there yesterday pls do somthing about this ive try to ring the hotline about this and get no anser

its typical gazzer, its the same with buying rod licences, you've got us forking out for all kinds, whilst kids are paying sod all and behaving like this. all the water's obviously aren't being monitored so why are we buying permits for 20 odd quid?
