Worlds Biggest Carp Thailand Fake or Real?

real i have just watched the documentary on the capture of this carp on nat geo wild.hooked:monster fishing tells the story of this giant siamese carp landed by kik in the right of the photo from a lake in thailand.it weighed 264lb and is the largest member of the goldfish family apparently
he had to jump in the water to untangle the line that had wrapped around one of the legs of the jetti he was fishing from.unfortunatly his scales wer not large enough to accuratly weigh it so it was guesstimated at 120kg or just over 18st=264lb

Lots of massive fish in Thailand watched a few john Wilson programs fishing with his brother Dave catching huge fish from them, so not surprised.
