ST HELENS CANAL MATCH 15,10,08

The weather stayed dry until the last hour when it gave a few showers but not enough to put up the brollies. 21 anglers turned out today for yet another appalling 5 hour match, with the majority not catching enough to weigh in, but for the few that did weigh it was still hard going with Gaz Shaw on peg 9 weighing in with 1 carp at 15lb and an hand full of silvers, Ste Hammy on peg 23 managed 4 carp plus a few skimmers, Lloyd Bamber on peg 25 netted 6 small carp plus roach and skimmers,Iain Sullivan caught silvers all day but not many, Ste Rimmer on peg 10 managed 4 carp and some skimmers, George Wilton on peg 32 bagged 1 carp around 7lb and Jimmy Corkish on peg 20 had silvers and a small carp in his net at the end. Every one caught but just not enough!!

hello viv what a day its been today we had a right laugh haha really good write up and PICS did you like my 4 pounder haha and if i said i ad lost a 15lb pounder you all probably would have said i was lying so im glad i got it in

Cracking pics viv and write up. You get a bad name like that gaz lieing to people. And then when someone as ask you what you have had u say 4lb then someone else says its 15lb, then when they ask you again, you still lie to them.

Loved your 4lb'er Gaz you must of fed it in your keep net i would of belived you if you said 15lb but 25lb its a bit much that gaz,

narr it wasnt 25 lol but it was bigger than that today lol
