it seems there is some good fishing ito be had in that neck of the woods

there is also woodhouse fishery m8 about 300 yards from parr flash

6 quid a day for course fishing and stuffed with small carp,tench with bigger carp

its a bit of a mudhole to be honest but there are some good fish in there up to 28 pound

i had this ghostie twice in two days at 17 pound

i have fished it its quite small but some good fish init. i foul hooked a 15lb common in the tale took me over a hour get it in lol only had 4lb line on and 12s holla laccy lol. also had 2 other carp touching double figers and loads of little ones lol
