Rufford Meadow Fishery Open Match Sunday 7th June 2009

A match is been run this coming Sunday 7th June at Rufford.

Draw will be 9.00 am

Fish 10am till 3 pm

Todays match was wond with 112lb with lots of big back up weights.

Please put your name down if you want to fish so i can reserve places, please do not say you want to go and then back out at last minute

Only takin 10 peoples names as the venue is only 3/4 of an acre

yes andy i'm in if i can get a lift of you tried ringing but calls diverted.

I guess people are fishing elsewhere or people are busy.

Im afraid if no names come forward then the plug will be pulled

SUNDAYS SEEM TO BE DIFFICULT TO ARRANGE A MATCH DUE TO PILKS, RAMBLERS, QUEENS, LUGGY MATCHES AS WELL AS AN OPEN ON BANNISTERS I HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING TO GET PEOPLE TO LONGBOROUGH AND UNFORTUNATELY THE FISHING IS FANTASTIC. IS THERE A GOOD DAY FOR A MATCH WHERE NOTHING HAPPENS. WEDNESDAYS ARE TAKEN UP. I AM REALLY CONSIDERING EVENING MATCHES AS AN ALTERNATIVE.

Yes im afriad due to lack of interest that this in now OFF, shame as this small water is easy to catch on and 100lb weights are consistantly produced.

i dont where they all fish andy but it must be good its very hard to get a match together on a sunday
