Union Bank Pond Empty Union Bank Pond

Post by cloud Tue Jul 06, 2010 2:26 pm

Hi!

Has anyone ever fished here? It's the small pond right next to the M62 opposite where Sutton Manor colliery was (where the "Dream" statue is now).

There are loads of signs around the pond saying "Private fishing", "Members only", etc (also "Day tickets available"), but none of them say who the actual club is or where the day tickets are available from or anything...

If anyone knows anything about this place could you please post it here?

Cheers!
