river liddel yesterday

i went to the river liddel yesterday with ste rimmer and ste hammy and some commitee members doing a work party and we could go fishing after it well jammy hammy had a walk on his own up stream and caught 3 trout to my 0 haha so i decided to poach 1 out of his swim but then i headed back to some slower flowing river and caught another 2 trout on the spinner (fishing for salmon haha) and lost 2 3/4 out of 9 caught fish i was 1 of the LUCKY ones i really enjoyed it got a bit wet like but THATS FISHING !

lol Was a class day mate lol. When we walk about 1000m in the water up river and nearly fell in about 20 times haha Hope we go up again sometime enjoyed it

haha my feet are burning and blisterd from all that wading in the river because of all the rocks and pebels kept slpping off them haha... 1000m ? more like 10000m !

propper loads of work tencher i work me nuts off all day! tellin ya casting them rods are hard and we was carryin big sties 10 mile away n everythin round a big farmers field and then we went collectin rocks from the river didnt we ste ? carried all the tools hard days work it was
